School resumption in Lagos: Universities in Lagos to Re-Open on September 14th

Lagos State govnor Babajide Sanwo-Olu don announce say all tertiary institutions for di state go reopen from September 14.

Di govnor cut parents and school administrators warning say: “di decision no dey cast in stone as e dey subject to review of ongoing modelling and di procedures wey di state ministry of health go release”.

Im also tok say bars, lounge, spas, night clubs go remain closed for now.

As at August 29, Lagos State wey be di epicentre of di virus for Nigeria currently don record 18,083 confam cases of coronavirus of which out of dat number 13,636 don recover while 204 pipo don die.

According to di govnor, restaurants now dey permitted to open for “in-dining services, and dem must ensure say dem maintain 50% maximum occupancy at any point in time.
