Description of the Job

  • The Consumer Planning team is responsible for proactively offering a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective of our market’s growth prospects and directing the creation of interventions to capitalize on these opportunities from the perspectives of culture, consumers, and shoppers.
  • In order to inspire marketing strategies and plans that guarantee we drive purchase through all channels, this team is expected to unearth profoundly penetrating insights regarding occasions, purchasing, and consumption behaviors.
  • This position is in charge of revolutionizing the effective and efficient way that our brands interact with customers.
  • The position will put the Connections Planning Model’s core ideas into practice and provide our brands with top-notch data-driven connection plans that are expertly activated while collaborating with the category brand teams.

Duties

  • Lead the connections planning process (in collaboration with media agencies and brands) and achieve important results, such as a completely integrated connection plan that combines media placement and creative and runs 100% “no dead ends” throughout the customer journey.
  • As part of the connections planning process, make sure that data and insight are used appropriately to comprehend local business opportunities and challenges, convert them into briefs, and forecast trends and campaign impact.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to sway choices about media investments.
  • With the help of the Marketing Leadership Team, oversee the ongoing assessment, measurement, and enhancement of the connection plans for all strategic brands through quarterly reviews.
  • Influencing and developing capabilities to support a successful media strategy that promotes brand and category expansion.

Prerequisites

  • Four years of experience in connections planning or integrated media, with a solid background in social and digital media
  • Proven capacity for strategic thought and for keeping abreast of market and competitive developments as well as industry trends
  • Adept in handling complexity and ambiguity, and eagerly seizes these opportunities to demonstrate leadership and assume command.
  • An expert at persuading people at all organizational levels to believe in them and take action
  • Relationship management with agency partners that is fruitful and successful
  • Strong will and resolve. A history of optimization and beta testing.
