Description of the Job
- To join our team, we are looking for a Communication & Marketing Manager with expertise and energy. The ideal applicant should have at least three years of marketing and communication experience in the construction sector.
- This position is essential for overseeing the procurement procedure and making sure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Duties
- Create and implement thorough marketing and communication plans to raise brand awareness and interaction.
- Produce and oversee material for websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases, among other venues.
- Work together with interdisciplinary groups to match marketing campaigns with corporate objectives.
- Plan community outreach initiatives, webinars, and promotional events to raise brand awareness.
- Track and report on the success of advertising campaigns and communication plans, adjusting as needed.
- Create a productive workplace that promotes creativity and teamwork.
- Make tactical decisions based on audience insights and market trends analysis; use data to drive ongoing development.
- Oversee connections with outside suppliers, such as media sources, PR firms, and graphic designers.
Performance Metrics
The following key performance indicators (KPIs) will be used to assess success in this role:
- An increase in brand engagement indicators, such as website traffic and social media followers.
- Accomplishment of the campaign’s stated objectives (conversion rates, lead generation, etc.).
- Enhancement of the general perception of the brand through input from stakeholders.
- An increase in effective outreach indicators, such as newsletter sign-ups and event attendance.
Experience and Certifications
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited private university in marketing, communications, public relations, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to create effective marketing plans.
- Proficiency in overseeing campaigns from inception to implementation and evaluation.
- It is advantageous to have a Master’s degree in a related field.
- Three to five years of marketing or communications experience is required, ideally in a managing capacity.
Proficiency:
- Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- The capacity to fulfill deadlines, operate under pressure, and efficiently manage time.
- Adept in using social media and digital marketing tools.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities with the capacity to establish and keep connections.
- Strong ability to comprehend data and market research, as well as strong analytical skills.
- Inventiveness in creating powerful and captivating ads.
