What is job satisfaction to you?
Have you ever wondered if you are in the right job? Are you really aware of how or what the right job look like?
To determine whether you are satisfied with your job, there are a lot of factors to consider. In this article, we shall be discussing some of these factors or indicators of knowing when one is on the right job. The moment you are happy at your job and you feel an internal motivation and drive; that is job satisfaction.

To some people, appreciation is key to them. They may not care much about the payment. They are much more interested in getting extrinsic value such as appreciation.

High pay is a huge motivating factor for a lot of people. As long as the monthly take home is something that affords them of their life style, it is considered the right job. They gain job satisfaction.

Career Advancement
Career advancement possibilities is what some others look forward to obtaining in a job. These set of people want growth. They want an environment where their skills can be further honed. To such category of people, they will feel satisfied on their job.
It is evident that what is job satisfaction to each of us differs. But on a personal note, I don’t think it is too much to ask for all three of them. You can be appreciated while you receive a good pay and enjoy career advancement.
