Description of the Job

• To manage our social media presence as the primary function and support the influencer strategist, we are looking for a talented entry-level social media manager who is passionate about social media, content production, and has a penchant for storytelling and engaging online communities.
• The daily administration of our online presence, content strategy, original text, image, and video content creation, posting management, and follower response will be your main responsibilities. To meet our marketing objectives, you will unifiedly manage our company’s image.
• Through the efficient use of social media platforms, you will concentrate on raising awareness of our services, exhibiting our work, disseminating case studies, and promoting the influencer skills we oversee. Your duties will include keeping an eye on social media metrics, evaluating and interpreting the information, and modifying the current structure to boost profitability.
• Additionally, you will work directly with our Influencer Strategist, offering assistance when required to make sure our campaigns are successful.

Duties

• Designing and Developing Social Media plans: establishing objectives to raise engagement, raise the company’s and its talent’s awareness, and create and build social media plans.
• Managing Several Social Media Platforms: Taking charge of the company’s YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter accounts.
• Content Planning and Creation: Creating strategies and plans for content. Produce and select engaging content.
• Market study and competitor evaluation: To keep the business and its employees on the cutting edge, market and competitor research should be carried out, as well as the newest social media trends should be recognized.
• Promote Company Work: Use storytelling to highlight our company’s work, case studies, and influencer partnerships.
  Assist the influencer strategist with managing, executing, and creating material pertaining to influencers.
• Performance assessment: This involves evaluating the success of social media efforts, producing reports, and making suggestions for enhancements.
• Content Scheduling: Using social media management tools and scheduling content postings.

Prerequisites

• One year of demonstrated experience managing social media
• Competence in managing and creating content
• Knowledge of scheduling tools, analytics, and social media platforms
• Outstanding storyline, communication, and writing abilities
• It is advantageous to have a basic understanding of graphic design software, such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Excellent copywriting abilities and a desire to learn, develop, and contribute to a dynamic team
• Proficiency in keyword research
• Innovative thinking, and trend adaptation

Monthly salary:
N100,000 – N150,000.
