Job Summary
As our client prepares for their summer launch, they are seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to develop and implement the operational systems necessary for delivering top-tier concierge services.
Job Overview
The Operations Consultant will be instrumental in building the core operational infrastructure of the company. This includes setting up workflows, onboarding service providers, and ensuring seamless communication between the concierge team and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service bookings, client requests, vendor coordination, and payment workflows.
- Create and manage templates for itineraries, vendor briefings, and client confirmations.
- Set up and optimize a bookings management tool using platforms like Google Workspace, Notion, or Airtable.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure efficient communication across various service categories.
- Support the Founder in executing operational plans during and beyond the launch phase.
- Recommend effective tools, platforms, and systems for scaling operations sustainably.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in concierge services, hospitality, event planning, or operations.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient with tools such as Google Suite, Notion, and workflow automation tools.
- Highly resourceful, solutions-driven, and discreet.
- Professional demeanor and a customer-centric approach.
