Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Officer
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Officer to support daily human resource operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and HR compliance. This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment and onboarding cycle, including drafting job descriptions, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Maintain updated employee records and manage HR databases.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate employee welfare programs, engagement initiatives, and culture development activities.
- Ensure workplace compliance with health and safety standards.
- Contribute to HR reporting, metrics tracking, and process improvements.
- Provide support in performance appraisals, staff training, and development programs.
- Handle employee queries confidentially and professionally.
- Assist with payroll preparation and ensure timely processing of employee data.
Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of HR practices, Nigerian labor laws, and HR best standards.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR Information Systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- The capacity to function both individually and together.
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
- Must be below 30 years of age.
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant HR experience.
- Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) is required.
Salary
₦300,000–₦400,000 monthly.
