Job Title: Hardware Computer Engineer

Job Responsibilities
As a Hardware Computer Engineer, your role will include
- Managing and overseeing all installed IT infrastructure, such as printers and photocopiers.
- Providing user support for network-related issues.
- Monitoring application performance to identify bottlenecks and collaborating with developers or vendors to resolve them.
- Maintaining effective backup systems, security measures, and redundancy strategies.
- Offering second-level support to Microsoft Exchange users.
- Collaborating with vendors and IT colleagues to resolve technical issues.
- Installing, setting up, testing, and maintaining management tools, apps, and operating systems.
- Managing enterprise-level messaging and collaboration systems.
- Ensuring maximum system and infrastructure uptime.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have
- Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), Microsoft (MCITP), etc.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Practical knowledge in system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing Active Directory Domain Services.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Keen attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities.
- Both the capacity to operate independently and in a collaborative manner.
- Capability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience installing and configuring Local Area Networks (LAN).
- Proficiency with various Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Experience managing Microsoft Exchange Servers.
- Sound understanding of data networking.
Salary
₦150,000 monthly.
