Job Brief
As a Customer Service Officer (Call Center), your role involves delivering top-notch service to subscribers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, sharing product information, and supporting account-related requests via phone, email, or live chat. This will be done while meeting the company’s customer service standards and performance metrics, such as resolution rates and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, services, products, account updates, and complaints.
- Diagnose customer issues, deliver appropriate solutions, and ensure prompt resolution in line with company policies.
- Uphold service standards by meeting targets for call duration, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on all company products, services, policies, and system changes to provide accurate information.
- Promote relevant products and services tailored to customer needs and plans.
- Properly log all customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions, into the CRM system.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent listening and analytical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with customer service concepts and practices.
- 0 – 1 year of relevant experience.
Salary
₦220,000 / Month.
