The Young Graduate Program exposes recent graduates to the global workforce and practical work experience. This initiative offers an opportunity to explore professional life and gain practical skills soon after completing university.
Main Principles
This is an 18-month program divided into two phases:
- Phase 1: Six months of in-country experience in Nigeria constitutes
- Phase 2: Depending on performance and position availability, a 12-month overseas experience may be gained at the Paris headquarters or at another TotalEnergies affiliate in Africa.
Activities
Participants will support daily business operations, contribute to strategic projects, and acquire valuable practical experience in a collaborative and fast-paced work setting.
Candidate Profile
- Must be a Nigerian citizen
- Must have spent a minimum of six months living in Nigeria.
- The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) must have been finished.
- Must be under 26 years of age
- Professional experience of less than a year is required.
