We are hiring to cover the following position:

Title: Sales Officer for Assets and Inventory

Where: Lagos
Schedule of Work: Full-Time
Answers to: Chief of Administration and Finance

 

Overview of the Role

  • In order to maximize revenue, minimize waste, and support the company’s overall financial goals, the Assets and Inventory Sales Officer is in charge of carrying out the sale and lease of aircraft parts, tools, and Ground Support Equipment (GSES) used for civil aviation aircraft and engines in compliance with all applicable company policies, industry regulations, environmental standards, and best practices.
  • The ideal applicant should have a solid sales background and in-depth knowledge of the technical components and equipment of aircraft.
  • To get the most out of these sales and leases, they will collaborate closely with a number of CAMO and Engineering Supply Chain departments.
  • In order to guarantee the best possible financial results for the business, the officer will also cultivate and preserve connections with purchasers and leasing agencies.

Important Duties and Accountabilities
   Among the duties include, but are not restricted to:

Analysis and Research on the Market:

  • To find possible customers, do market research.
  • To comprehend and find sales prospects, conduct market research and examine pricing and demand patterns for aircraft parts and equipment.
  • Examine the goods and services sales offered by competitors.

Developing a Strategy:

  • Create and put into action sales strategy to efficiently increase income.
  • Find and seize new sales possibilities in new markets, areas of growth, trends, clients, alliances, goods, and services.
  • Dedication to meeting the needs of both internal and external clients as soon as possible.
  • Readiness to go to other stations or places when necessary.

 

Important Performance Measure:

Profit margins and sales revenue generation:

  • Reach or surpass quarterly and yearly sales and leasing revenue goals.
  • Percentage growth in sales and lease income from year to year.
  • Profit margins on all transactions should be maintained or increased.

Documentation and Compliance Precision:

  • Make sure that every transaction complies 100% with the company’s policies and all applicable industry requirements.
  • Ensure that all sales transaction documentation, including as contracts and invoices, is 100% accurate and full, with no violations of the law.

Client Contentment:

  • Obtain excellent customer satisfaction ratings by providing prompt, effective service.
