Job Summary
The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance for our Lekki branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, and interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately.
- Participate in the creation and execution of HR policies and processes.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict management and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and training programs.
- Make sure that corporate HR rules and labor laws are followed.
- Prepare HR reports and provide support for payroll activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar field.
- 2–4 years of proven HR experience.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and organizational ability.
- Familiarity with HR management software and Microsoft Office.
- Must reside within the Lekki axis.
