Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer – Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate must demonstrate expertise in foundation and structural works, along with strong project management and team leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire cycle of civil construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor costs to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing accurate updates.
- Assure adherence to quality standards, safety laws, and engineering norms.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, particularly foundation and structural work.
- Lead and guide a team of 3–4 expatriate engineers, ensuring smooth collaboration and performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in project planning and budgeting software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage project teams and engage effectively with clients.
- Minimum of 10 years’ project management experience in civil engineering.
- Must have relevant work experience within Nigeria.
- Solid expertise in foundation and structural construction.
Salary
₦400,000–₦500,000 monthly.
