Job Title: Senior Finishing Architect

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven Finishing Architect to join our team at Periwinkle Residences Limited. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, an eye for aesthetics, and a passion for delivering top-quality finishing works in luxury projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise finishing works for premium residential and commercial projects.
- Work with design, site, and procurement teams to resolve architectural detailing issues.
- Ensure finishing materials, colors, and textures align with the overall project vision.
- Conduct routine site inspections to track progress and quality of finishing works.
- Prepare detailed finishing drawings, including elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Provide professional architectural guidance throughout project execution.
- Lead and coordinate contractors and consultants to ensure high standards.
- Develop and deliver world-class interior and exterior finishing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Sc / B.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design.
- Membership with professional bodies such as NIA (Nigerian Institute of Architects) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple finishing projects simultaneously from design to delivery.
- At least 10 years of proven professional experience.
- Expertise in site supervision, detailing, material selection, and quality control.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
Salary
₦400,000–₦500,000 monthly.
