Their operations cut across Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Fabrication/Construction, Installation, and Commissioning, catering to project owners and operators.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Officer to join the team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners, while also supporting smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to visitors, ensuring they are directed to the right offices or departments.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and forward them as appropriate.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and record management.

  • Support office operations including mail handling, deliveries, and vendor coordination.

  • Provide administrative assistance to departments when needed.

  • Maintain a professional and well-organized reception area that reflects the company’s values.

  • Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for both internal and external meetings.

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role (experience in an engineering/EPC environment is a plus).

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional attitude.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
