Job Title: Production Engineer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance and operational processes for the entire manufacturing system, including auxiliary services required for production.
- Oversee and guide the activities of junior staff.
- Organize and implement regular training programs for technical and production teams.
- Ensure compliance with established quality control standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on production and auxiliary equipment.
- Promote and enforce good manufacturing practices in line with company standards.
- Configure and monitor control panel settings for production equipment.
- Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Evaluate project needs and allocate resources effectively.
- Provide training and technical support to other staff members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing with expertise in operating injection molding machines.
Salary
₦250,000 per month.
