A reputable hotel in Lagos is seeking an experienced and highly organized Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage staff performance. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in hotel management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and food services
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle customer complaints professionally
- Manage hotel staff, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor budgets, room occupancy, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards
- Coordinate marketing and promotional strategies to increase bookings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-department oversight
- OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
