Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials in our Ikorodu warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory management, timely supply to production, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to standard procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of material movements, including receipts, issues, and stock counts. Prepare necessary documents such as IBD, PGR, PGI, and T.D.N.

• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of materials to production.

• Organize and maintain the warehouse in an orderly manner, report shortages or low stock levels, and ensure cleanliness and safety.

• Collaborate with warehouse staff for efficient operations and compliance with ISO management systems.

• Verify receipts against waybills and ensure prompt off-loading and documentation using SAP.

• Monitor stock control and reconcile inventory regularly with the factory.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• OND, HND, or BSc in Humanities, Social Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Time management and organizational abilities

• Leadership and team collaboration skills

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and ISO standards is an advantage
