In 1979, NAHCO Aviance, the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company, was founded. NAHCO Aviance provides a wide range of aviation support services, such as training, crew transportation, passenger facilitation, cargo and aircraft handling, and aviation fueling. The corporation manages around 70% of Nigeria’s domestic and international air traffic, serving more than 35 airlines across seven Nigerian airports from its hub at Murtala Muhammed International Airport.
Among its strategic investors are Air France and Lufthansa. NAHCO Aviance was privatized in 2005 and became public on the Nigerian Stock Exchange in 2006.
We are hiring for the position below:
Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Conduct research on the latest trends, platforms, and audience preferences.
- Create and implement a social media plan in line with the business goals of the organization.
- Every day, produce, edit, publish, and distribute interesting stuff, such as news, photos, videos, and original text.
- Manage and enhance the design of all social media pages (e.g., Facebook covers, profile pictures, and blog layouts).
- Propose and launch new social media features, promotions, and campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Keep abreast of current tools, technologies, and trends in digital marketing and social media.
- Monitor website traffic and SEO metrics to assess social media performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries promptly, and monitor user feedback and reviews.
Requirements
- Must hold a B.Sc Degree.
- 6–10 years of proven experience in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
