Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and approachable manner across both the boutique and wine sections.
- Understand customer preferences and provide tailored recommendations for clothing, accessories, and wine selections.
- Assist with every step of the sales process, from the first customer interaction to the successful completion of the deal.
- Provide expert information about merchandise to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Develop ties with recurring and devoted clients.
- Respond to consumer inquiries and problems in a prompt, courteous manner.
- Stay informed about the latest product arrivals, in-store promotions, and industry trends in fashion and wine.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and neatly arranged through effective merchandising techniques.
- Efficiently process transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Two to four years of demonstrated expertise in retail, customer service, or sales positions.
Salary
₦100,000–₦120,000 Monthly
