Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 Monthly
Qualification: Minimum of OND
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Sunday (1 day off weekly)
About the Role:
A quick service restaurant in Ikoyi is seeking a proactive and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support staff management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service delivery.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and overall satisfaction.
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or quick service environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
