Job Description
We are looking for a talented and health-conscious chef to make nutritious meals that meet wellness goals and nutritional criteria.
The ideal applicant should be passionate about preparing meals that both nourish and heal and should have experience with dietary planning and healthy culinary methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a range of wholesome, well-balanced meals every day.
- Make menus that are pertinent to dietary requirements and health programs.
- Maintain constant cleanliness, hygienic conditions, and food safety.
- Source and manage fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Maintain inventory, manage food costs, and minimize food waste
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience as a chef with relevant qualifications
- Strong familiarity with dietary limitations and healthful cooking methods
- Enthusiasm for clean food, nutrition, and well-being
- Capacity to oversee daily kitchen operations and operate independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
- A degree of culinary instruction is an extra benefit.
