Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Job Description
- Efficiently attend to customer needs and requests on the shop floor according to standards defined by the Mopheth Experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of stocked products and their locations in the store. Be aware of fast- and slow-moving items. Note unstocked products that customers request and inform the branch head or assistant branch head.
- Accurately write out-of-stock reports for non-drug products and submit them by the set deadline.
- Ensure shelves and products are clean and arranged according to shelf appeal standards to maintain attractive displays.
- Supervise store cleaners to ensure tasks are completed with excellence.
- Adhere to organizational rules and policies.
- Complete tasks and assignments as directed by the Branch Head and Assistant Branch Head.
- Oversee store inventory. Verify all non-drug items delivered to the store and sign receiving vouchers. Promptly report discrepancies to the branch head or assistant.
- Monitor inventory to prevent pilferage.
- Track expiration dates of all inventory and report close-dated products promptly to the branch head/assistant for necessary action.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Pharmacist with daily responsibilities.
- Be responsible for store inventory.
- Cross-check all incoming items and confirm with a signature on receiving vouchers. Prompt reporting of any discrepancies to the branch head or assistant.
- Complete sales transactions and ensure POS, direct deposit, and cash amounts balance at the end of your shift.
- Handle weekly requisition of store supplies such as cleaning materials, stationery, nylons, and print rolls.
- Follow all company policies. Complete all tasks assigned by the Branch Head or Assistant Branch Head.
- Attend all clinical meetings punctually.
- Monitor and report inventory expiration dates to the branch head/assistant immediately.
- Receive and arrange items from the purchase department on shelves within 24 hours.
- Ensured shelf arrangements complied with Mopheth’s standard shelf appeal guidelines for optimal product presentation and customer experience.
- Oversee all store activities and promptly report any important events or observations to the branch head or assistant. Supervise shop attendants to ensure they complete all regular and additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work at a moderate speed
- Experience in a similar industry
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a comparable position.
- On-the-job training
- Excellent communication skills
Key Performance Indicator:
Evaluated by branch heads every 3 months.
Attitude to Work:
- Positivity: Measures mindset towards workload, meeting targets (sales and supplements), task completion without complaints, and cooperation with the branch head.
- Adherence: Full compliance with all company rules and policies.
Salary
₦250,000–₦300,000 Monthly
