This is a full-time professional role (not an internship) where graduates gain hands-on experience working with real clients while receiving structured training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Associate, you will:

• Support client engagements across multiple industries
• Participate in structured training and learning programmes
• Rotate across business units including Assurance, Tax, and Consulting
• Collaborate with senior managers and partners on projects
• Develop technical, analytical, and professional consulting skills

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of a Second-Class degree (2:2 or higher depending on service line) in:
  • Accounting
  • Economics
  • Finance
  • Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • Business-related disciplines

Mandatory Requirements

• Completion of NYSC
• Minimum of 5 O’Level credits including English Language and Mathematics
