Role Overview
The Management Trainee Program is designed to develop high-potential individuals into future leaders within the organization. Successful candidates will undergo structured training, gain hands-on experience across key business functions, and build the leadership and operational skills required to excel in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured management development program
- Support day-to-day operations across assigned departments
- Learn and apply business strategies, processes, and leadership practices
- Assist in executing marketing, sales, and operational initiatives
- Analyze business performance data and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and assignments
- Demonstrate leadership potential and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related Social Sciences
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an FMCG or beverage manufacturing company
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Age: Not more than 40 years
