We are hiring for the role of:

Job Title: Logistics Officer
Where: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop logistics plans, route schedules, and allocate budgets for transport operations.
• Keep accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, especially for export processes.
• Supervise logistics staff, assign tasks, and support team productivity.
• Manage driver selection, negotiate delivery rates, and schedule freight movement.
• Oversee shipping procedures, including import/export logistics and airport transfers.
• Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and recommend enhancements.
• Prepare and analyze reports to track logistics performance metrics.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers, drivers, dispatch riders, retailers, and consumers.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (Excel, Sheets, Docs, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva, InShot, and CapCut.
• Preferably lives close to Oregun, Ikeja.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₦210,000
• 13th-month bonus at 50% of base salary
• Additional bonus for working Saturdays
