Overview of the Job

• We are looking for someone that is intelligent and bright. You will be in charge of selling all of the company’s products to current and potential clients, including but not limited to protection products, endowment products, and life insurance/investment linked products.
• Trading the company’s pension plans (Annuity for Life) to both new and current retirees from private companies and state and federal government agencies will be your responsibility.
• Educating potential clients about the advantages of life insurance in state, federal, and private organizations around the nation and creating fresh approaches that will result in the establishment of new companies.
• A risk-taker with a resilient and teachable attitude who is skilled at persuasion and negotiation
• He or she must be able to operate under pressure and with other team members with little to no supervision, as well as possess strong communication skills.
• Prospecting assiduously in all multinational corporations (submitting proposals) in the state in order to offer the business’s protection-based and investment-related products.
• Ensuring that all customers pay their monthly premiums in full and building strong, enduring relationships on the company’s behalf in order to maintain sales.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in any field from a respectable university in Nigeria or abroad.
• Since selected individuals will receive expert sales and marketing training, years of experience are not necessary.
