We are hiring to fill the position of
Position Title: Field Support Technician
Location: Lagos Mainland and Island
Employment Type: Contract
Primary Responsibilities:
- Installation: Deploy fiber optic cables, connectors, and related hardware in residential and commercial environments.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on fiber networks to ensure peak performance.
- Documentation: Accurately log all installation, repair, and maintenance activities for tracking and reference.
- Customer Assistance: Deliver hands-on technical support to clients, helping to resolve connectivity issues and ensure service functionality.
- Safety Standards: Comply with all field safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and fix technical faults related to fiber connections, including signal degradation, cable faults, and disruptions.
- Testing & Diagnostics: Utilize specialized tools to assess and verify the performance and reliability of fiber optic systems.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Remuneration:
Monthly salary between N100,000 and N150,000
