Job Summary
A reputable pharmaceutical consumables manufacturing company in Ijesha, Lagos is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer Trainee to join its operations team. The successful candidate will undergo structured hands-on training across Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Process Improvement, gaining practical experience within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support daily production and manufacturing activities to ensure operational efficiency.

Assist in monitoring equipment performance and carrying out preventive maintenance.

Participate in Quality Assurance processes and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Collect, analyze, and report production data to support process improvement initiatives.

Maintain strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines.

Prepare technical documentation and reports as required by the department.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (B.Eng./B.Sc./HND) in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.

0–2 years post-NYSC experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn and grow within a regulated manufacturing environment.
