Position Overview
IHMS is looking to engage dedicated and licensed (or license-pending) Registered Nurses to join its Call Center Unit. This role involves delivering professional healthcare support, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to enrollees through telephone and digital communication platforms.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls from enrollees, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Offer appropriate medical advice and general health information in accordance with IHMS policies and guidelines.

Support the Customer Service team by addressing patient concerns and facilitating timely resolution of service-related issues.

Collaborate with the Claims team to assess and process medical claims in compliance with company standards.

Accurately document customer interactions, provider communications, and claims activities.

Liaise with the Provider Management Unit to coordinate effectively with hospitals and clinics, ensuring smooth healthcare service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.

0–1 year of post-qualification experience; prior exposure to an HMO or call center environment will be an advantage.

Completion of or pending licensure with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).

Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a structured, fast-paced corporate healthcare setting.

Team-oriented mindset with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Demonstrated interest in healthcare service management and administration.
Compensation
Monthly salary range: ₦120,000 – ₦170,000
