Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Depot Sales Officer to drive sales performance and strengthen customer relationships at the depot level. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent product availability, manage customer accounts effectively, and achieve set sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the assigned territory
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate timely product deliveries
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery
• Prepare and submit sales reports using standard reporting tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in PMS and AGO bulk sales
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Good understanding of depot operations and customer account management
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
