Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Role Overview
The successful candidate will work as part of the Strategy and Growth team, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to help guide change and contribute to the company’s long-term planning and strategic goals.
This individual must possess strong analytical thinking, be business-savvy, and capable of simplifying complex information for various audiences, including those without a technical background.
Core Responsibilities
Project Management Support
- Assist in developing, managing, and tracking projects to ensure completion within timelines and budget.
- Keep detailed project records, reports, and schedules up to date.
Financial Analysis & Modeling
- Build comprehensive financial models for projects and organizational planning.
- Analyze data and trends to generate insights that inform business strategies and investment decisions.
Data Reporting & Insights
- Deliver insightful reports on a recurring basis and assist with quarterly/annual reviews and board-level updates.
- Perform in-depth analysis to troubleshoot business issues or evaluate key operational questions.
- Stay informed on industry and macroeconomic trends to support market assessments and strategic direction.
Process Improvement
- Evaluate internal processes and identify inefficiencies, proposing actionable enhancements.
- Partner with teams across departments to implement improvements and drive outcomes.
Collaboration Across Teams
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to align priorities.
- Support the creation of business presentations and executive briefings.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of work experience in business analysis, strategy, project management, or financial planning.
- Strong skills in Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for reporting.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Critical thinker with a self-starter mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
