Role: Brand Marketing and Communication Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Position Summary

  • This position entails assisting in the implementation of Brand, Marketing, and Communication (BMC) strategies aimed at improving brand visibility, reputation, and engagement with stakeholders—internally as well as externally.

Principal Duties

  • Assist in achieving the firm’s wider strategic objectives by working together with the BMC leadership.
  • Improve Deloitte’s public reputation by employing successful communication tactics aimed at media, clients, regulators, and important stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external communication initiatives to guarantee uniform messaging.
  • Guarantee the excellent implementation of marketing initiatives and events that provide outstanding experiences.
  • Facilitate the exchange of knowledge among various campaigns.
  • Create performance and impact reports for both local and international audiences.
  • Establish processes for gathering feedback and monitoring communication results.
  • Create campaigns that embody the company’s brand principles and are in sync with wider communication strategies.
  • Supervise the planning and implementation of designated programs, guaranteeing adherence to best practices.
  • Sustain uniform and excellent operational standards.
  • Develop pertinent content and topics, particularly in relation to particular service areas.

 

Credentials

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in Marketing, Communications, or Accounting.
  • Robust skills in decision-making and solving problems.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Must possess a minimum of five credits—including Mathematics and English—in a single sitting of WASSCE/NECO or a similar examination.
  • 0 to 3 years of pertinent experience in marketing and communications.
