Job Description
As a graduate trainee, you will take part in an intensive training program, acquire hands-on experience across multiple departments, and develop the competencies needed to succeed in a dynamic digital financial services space.
This position is best suited for individuals who are curious, flexible, and eager to bring innovative ideas that can drive financial inclusion and technological advancement across Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Engage in structured training and on-the-job learning across key departments (Operations, Business Development, Customer Support, Finance, Risk & Compliance, etc.).
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement projects and achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and relevant documentation when required.
- Show commitment to continuous personal and professional growth throughout the program.
- Provide support for daily departmental operations, projects, and initiatives.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and present insights to support strategic decisions.
- Learn directly from experienced professionals to understand company policies, processes, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (at least second class upper).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- The ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn.
- 0–2 years of relevant post-graduation work experience.
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
