Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Responsibilities

Conduct timely quality control checks, including in-process inspections, laboratory test results, and final packaging evaluations of finished goods.

Provide quality support during all production shifts while enforcing strict hygiene standards.

Perform final product inspections in the warehouse and ensure that proper status labels are affixed to products and materials.

Prepare routine QA compliance shift reports, highlighting non-conformance issues and corrective measures taken.

Withdraw and store product retain samples in line with GMP documentation standards, ensuring proper inventory control before product expiry.

Participate in troubleshooting activities on production lines to identify root causes and implement effective solutions without compromising quality.

Monitor and maintain quality standards across all stages of the manufacturing process, from intermediates to finished goods.

Ensure accurate completion of manufacturing batch records and lot packaging records to maintain full documentation.
