Job Overview

The Business Readiness and Network Senior Manager will be responsible for translating business insights into practical readiness strategies that support transformation initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring organisations are prepared for change by strengthening adoption, minimising disruption, and aligning readiness outcomes with organisational objectives.

This position requires regional collaboration and travel across East and West Africa as part of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead readiness assessments covering business operations, people, processes, data, and behaviours.

  • Develop evidence-based insights through tools such as scorecards, readiness dashboards, and behavioural indicators.

  • Translate diagnostic findings into clear readiness and adoption plans owned by business stakeholders.

  • Activate and coach Change Champions, Change Agents, Super Users, and Trainers to support transformation initiatives.

  • Identify, monitor, and manage resistance to change through behavioural signals and readiness metrics.

  • Facilitate readiness forums, workshops, and engagement sessions to maintain alignment, momentum, and accountability.

  • Collaborate with communication, behavioural science, and capability teams to ensure coordinated change interventions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related discipline.

  • Professional training or certification in Change Management is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in change readiness, transformation delivery, PMO, or operational leadership roles.

  • At least 2 years of management or team leadership experience.

  • Ability to interpret behavioural insights and transformation indicators.

  • Experience in operational planning and dependency mapping.
