Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in the women’s wellness and beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, managing client inquiries, handling bookings, and ensuring a delightful customer experience both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

• Manage appointments, bookings, and follow-ups.

• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer concerns.

• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Work with the team to improve customer service processes and experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.

• Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles (preferably in the beauty/wellness industry).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
