Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled RF Telecommunications Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining radio frequency (RF) systems to ensure high-quality network coverage and performance. You will play a key role in conducting site surveys, troubleshooting RF issues, and ensuring compliance with telecom standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and optimize RF networks for reliable coverage and capacity.

Conduct site surveys, drive tests, and performance analysis.

Troubleshoot and resolve RF interference or coverage issues.

Collaborate with field teams on installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

Proven experience as an RF Engineer in telecoms (2G/3G/4G/5G).

Strong knowledge of RF planning and optimization tools (e.g., Atoll, TEMS, NEMO).

Solid understanding of wireless technologies, propagation, and spectrum management.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
