Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and versatile Social Media Manager to oversee the online presence of our travel business and other ventures. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in social media ads management, troubleshooting account/page issues, and creating engaging content that drives bookings, brand visibility, and sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for each business unit.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account issues, ad disapprovals, page restrictions, and technical glitches.
  • Manage community interactions, including DMs, comments, and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand partners for campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare analytics reports, and refine strategies for growth.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer.
  • Strong hands-on experience in running and troubleshooting ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Ability to resolve account restrictions and ad-related issues.
  • Excellent content creation skills (captions, reels, stories, and graphics).
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask across multiple businesses.
  • Must reside in or around Yaba, Lagos (mandatory).
