Job Title: Senior Sales Officer

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our branch in Ikorodu, Lagos.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing sales performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass branch sales goals.
- Draft and deliver sales presentations, contracts, and relevant reports.
- Work closely with internal departments such as logistics, production, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide consistent updates on sales results and projections to the Branch Manager.
- Provide junior sales team members with direction and assistance.
- Pursue new business prospects and follow up on leads within the steel industry.
- Grow and maintain the current customer base while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Track market developments, pricing models, and competitor actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of steel products, industry trends, and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
- Competency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM applications.
- Professional credentials will be viewed as a benefit.
- A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the steel or manufacturing sector.
