About the Role
We are looking to hire a Marketing Associate who is performance-driven and commercially savvy. The ideal candidate will contribute to brand building, manage trade activations, and support customer engagement strategies within a fast-paced distribution environment. This position is perfect for professionals with 2–5 years of marketing or trade operations experience who are eager to grow in a dynamic commercial setting.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retail outlets, and distribution partners

Support marketing campaigns and on-ground promotional activities across different locations

Track sales trends, monitor product movement, and provide detailed performance reports

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales targets

Coordinate logistics and planning for product activations, trade shows, and merchandising events

Compile reports on market activity, consumer feedback, and competitor insights

Assist in research to support strategic marketing and business development efforts

Collaborate with other departments to drive consistent brand visibility and growth
Requirements & Qualifications

B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related disciplines

2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in:

FMCG, retail, or distribution sectors

Trade marketing or customer engagement roles
-
Sales support, commercial operations, or supply chain coordination

Strong grasp of marketing concepts, customer behavior, and brand positioning
