Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting Fieldbase’s values across all teams
  • Create and oversee HR systems that are appropriate for global and hybrid operations.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records using HR software
  • Lead performance appraisal and review processes
  • Collaborate with internal departments to create and implement effective training programs
  • Coordinate with HR partners locally and internationally
  • Plan internal engagement events and initiatives to strengthen team alignment
  • Ensure that internal HR policies and Nigerian labor regulations are followed to the letter.
  • Provide support with UK HR standards where applicable
  • Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and manage recruitment
  • Facilitate onboarding and handle the complete employee lifecycle
  • Generate regular HR reports on attendance, performance, employee engagement, and overall team wellness
  • Administer payroll, HMO, and other employee benefit programs

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in a structured Human Resources role, with a track record of supporting core HR functions and driving organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive HR matters
  • Solid knowledge of Nigerian employment laws; exposure to UK HR practices is an added advantage
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively across departments and geographical locations
  • Proficient with HRIS platforms and digital HR tools
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, process-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
