We are hiring for the position below:
Job Title: Quality Control Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on all raw materials received.
- Conduct visual inspections and measurement tests, rejecting materials that do not meet quality standards.
- Monitor ongoing production processes to ensure compliance with established production standards.
- Identify and isolate defective products, ensuring accurate documentation and proper segregation.
- Record and update inspection findings by completing detailed quality control reports.
- Promote workplace safety by adhering to standard operating procedures and relevant regulations.
- Recommend enhancements to production processes to help achieve quality control objectives.
- Conduct laboratory tests to support product evaluations.
- Approve in-process items by verifying compliance with required specifications, carrying out inspections, and notifying the production supervisor of necessary adjustments.
- Inspect and approve all final products by validating specifications and conducting essential testing procedures.
Requirement
- Must have prior experience in plastic production or a related manufacturing environment.
Salary
₦120,000 Monthly
