Overview of the Job
- In the areas of hiring, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, pay and benefits, and training, we are now seeking a Talent Experience Officer whose duties center on offering strategic and practical support for P & C function in the relevant region.
Duties
Recruitment /Performance management:
- Work together with the talent resourcing team to plan and coordinate the regional hiring process, including scheduling, managing online posts, and creating advertisements.
- Facilitate the planned performance review process by giving managers and staff direction, resources, and training.
- As required, submit HR reports to the scientific leadership and central administration.
- Plan and carry out the onboarding procedure for new personnel, which includes introducing them to the Institute, outlining and explaining benefit packages, and creating a friendly and inclusive work environment.
- Help with departmental budget planning and upkeep each year.
Human Capital:
- Ensuring that all personnel information, documents, and files are kept up to date in compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
- As needed, supply data pertaining to compensation to aid with payroll processing and preparation. Make sure that questions about compensation are promptly answered.
- Making certain that systems and files are always correct and up to date
- Using computerized time-keeping systems and keeping track of absences appropriately while communicating with management as needed
Employee Relations:
- Act as a primary spokesperson and enforcer of important HR policies and procedures, such as time and attendance management, leave of absence, and the like.
- Giving advise and direction on employee relations to both current and former workers, as well as counseling leadership on organizational

Conditions
- A minimum of an HND or Bachelor of Science degree in the humanities, social sciences, or a similar discipline.
- It is preferred if you have demonstrated work experience in the FMCG industry.
- Two to four years minimum job experience
