Job Overview

We are looking for driven and proactive Graduate Trainees to join our sales team in Lagos. This role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about fintech and eager to contribute to our expansion by engaging directly with merchants and driving customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage high-potential merchant businesses within assigned territories.
  • Build, nurture, and manage productive relationships with key merchants.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth goals.
  • Analyze local markets to uncover trends and merchant needs.
  • Develop actionable sales plans and execute effective strategies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for merchant support and service.
  • Deliver engaging product demos and presentations.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales performance reports.
  • Travel as needed within assigned regions to build and support client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of digital financial services and fintech products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and goal orientation.
  • Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and work in dynamic field conditions.
