Role Overview
The Trust Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing the firm’s trust operations within Lagos. This role involves coordinating business activities, ensuring compliance with trusteeship obligations, and supporting the delivery of high-quality trust and fiduciary services to clients.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage trust-related business operations in Lagos

Ensure proper execution of trusteeship duties in line with regulatory and legal standards

Participate in the preparation and review of commercial agreements and trust documentation

Provide professional guidance on trust administration and fiduciary responsibilities

Support business development initiatives and client relationship management
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized Nigerian university

Minimum of 3–5 years’ professional experience as a Trust Officer within a trustee or asset management company

Proven experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and transaction documents

Strong knowledge of trusteeship principles, fiduciary duties, and relevant legal frameworks
