Job Title: Training Manager

About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs at our Training Institute within the Beauty & Wellness sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the Beauty & Wellness industry.
- Work closely with industry professionals to ensure courses reflect current trends and best practices.
- Guarantee all training aligns with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Supervise instructors, staff, scheduling, and facilities for smooth operations.
- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and adherence to health, safety, and compliance guidelines.
- Drive trainee recruitment to meet enrollment targets (minimum of 30 participants monthly).
- Handle admissions, onboarding, and student orientation processes.
- Ensure students are job-ready through structured evaluations and hands-on learning.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with industry leaders, suppliers, and regulators.
- Collaborate with spa management to ensure graduates meet labor market needs.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in People Management or Administration will be an advantage.
- Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience managing a training institute or educational establishment (required). Previous experience in spa administration is a plus.
Salary
₦400,000–₦500,000 monthly.
