Job Title: Trade Support Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities

Drive and execute trade support plans across retail outlets, distributors, and e-commerce channels.

Provide operational assistance to sales and field teams for seamless in-market performance.

Monitor trade KPIs including stock coverage, returns, sell-in/sell-out rates, and recommend improvement actions.

Ensure field teams receive promotional materials, POS displays, and merchandising tools promptly.

Work with finance teams to reconcile trade incentives, rebates, and reseller/distributor accounts.

Maintain updated records of products, pricing, inventory, and customer databases.

Generate reports, insights, and dashboards to track trade execution and share with management.

Identify process gaps in trade operations and implement continuous improvement measures.

Support product launches, retail activations, and special campaigns alongside the marketing team.

Act as the communication bridge between sales, finance, operations, and external trade partners.

Collaborate with supply chain teams to match product availability with market demand and sales forecasts.

Provide partners with product knowledge, pricing details, training resources, and stock visibility tools.

Track and report the performance of trade promotions, incentive programs, and campaigns.

Manage B2B order processing and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
Requirements

Candidates must hold relevant academic and/or professional qualifications suited to the role.
Salary
₦500,000 – ₦750,000 per month.
