Job Title: Technical Assurance Officer
Location: Opebi-Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
The Technical Assurance Officer will oversee pest management operations to ensure service quality aligns with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include property inspections, treatment planning, control measure implementation, documentation, and providing expert technical guidance. This role also requires ensuring all safety procedures are followed and staying informed on the latest pest control innovations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day tasks of pest control staff to ensure service excellence
• Organize schedules, assign jobs, and manage technician dispatch
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain strong client satisfaction
• Track pesticide, fumigant, and equipment inventory
• Perform site inspections and handle complex pest issues
• Conduct follow-up assessments after significant treatments such as basic, control, or callback services
• Stay current on safety laws and health regulations at both local and national levels
• Use digital platforms and tools for effective reporting
• Possess relevant HSE training or safety compliance certification
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Lead training sessions and onboarding processes for new technicians
• Support quality control and ensure adherence to all pest control regulations
• Provide data and reporting to support leadership decisions
• Maintain effective workflows by working together with internal teams.
• Assess pest control work and compliance programs to ensure effectiveness and adherence to internal policies
• Conduct monthly inspections of technician PPE and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained

Requirements

• Three to five years of relevant pest control experience
• Strong team leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
