Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Shortlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our short-term rental apartments. The successful candidate will ensure smooth guest experiences, maintain property standards, manage bookings, and coordinate the activities of housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of short-let properties.

Handle guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

Coordinate the activities of housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

Monitor occupancy levels and assist with pricing and marketing strategies.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, expenses, and reports.
Qualifications:

Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.

Sex: Female preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing short-let apartments or in hospitality operations.

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Proficiency in using booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and other digital tools.

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
